BODYART
BodyArt follows the core principles of yin & yang based on the five different energy levels. It creats a dynamic connection between activity & passivity, tension & relaxation. The energising & intense barefoot work out is based on the elements of yoga, body therapy, strenght & awareness training. Apart from gaining an athletic body & increased flexibility, the ultimate goal is to recorrect bad posture.
Denis originally comes from a gastronomy & event business background. In order to get a better body & soul connection he practiced different kinds of yoga styles until he
discovered BodyArt.
A few years later he achieved his trainer licence in 2013.


His future dream is to combine his gastro events & BodyArt together in retreats and a hotel. He enjoys to see the progress of his students quick success, their change in lifestlyle & their new body awareness.
