"After 10 hours you feel better, after 20 hours you look better and after 30 hours you have a whole new body."
Joseph H. Pilates

During my training and my years as a professional dancer, I discovered - as most of my colleagues - Pilates. The countless coordinated exercises strengthen the body muscles, especially those of the belly, back and pelvic floor. Balance and coordination play an important role, as does the flow of the breath and the alignment of the spine. Pilates helps maintain posture. It is an ideal holistic training for me. You do not have to be a dancer to practice Pilates.

I adapt the exercises to the individual needs and abilities of my clients. Consistently, I experience in my courses and individual lessons how much Pilates helps one’s body and soul, regardless of your age or whether you are a beginner or an active athlete.
I consider Pilates a special kind of therapy, which I would be more than happy to share.

• the spinal cord is protected by deep muscular system
• flat stomach through strong, flat muscles
• more upright posture and more hull stability
• better mobility in the joints, generally an increase in physical flexibility
• tight, lean and agile muscles
• better recovery after injuries
• liberates from stress and tension

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms,
hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center and improving coordination and balance.
Pilates improves muscle tone, balances musculature, supports correct posture and teaches to move with ease and grace.
